Session 1: The Game Plan

We start with a relaxed 1-to-1 chat to figure out where you’re at, what you actually want, and what’s realistic around your life (not an imaginary perfect week).
After that, we’ll head onto the gym floor for a simple movement assessment so I can see how you're moving and what we should focus on.

Session 2: Your Training Plan

I’ll build your training plan based on session one and we’ll break down your first workout together. You’ll learn what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and how hard it should actually feel (spoiler: not every session needs to destroy you).

Session 3: Nutrition & Lifestyle

We sit down and talk food, habits, and real life.
Nothing extreme, nothing complicated. Just identifying the few key changes that will actually move the needle for you, without turning your life into chicken, broccoli and cardio.

Session 4: Training & Wrap Up

We’ll go through your second training session, making sure technique, intensity, and weight choices all make sense.
Then we’ll wrap everything up and talk about what continuing looks like if we decide to keep building together. Change takes time. Two weeks sets the direction. The real progress happens when we build on it.

What is the Strength Tribe Kickstart?

The Kickstart is a two-week package designed to get you up to speed with your training and nutrition. You will walk into the gym or kitchen with a clear plan and know exactly what to do to reach your goals. It also gives you the chance to try personal training and see if it is something you would like to continue long term.

Do I need to be fit to join?

Not at all. The Kickstart is tailored to meet you exactly where you are. I am not here to shout orders but to guide you with a programme that builds gradually and progressively from your current level towards your goals.

Who is the kickstart for?
